I truly believe that yoga is for everyone, there are countless benefits, and I know that everyone can experience them.

 

Yoga Therapy is a form of rehabilitation which enables those who experience pain &/or illness to experience the beauty of a traditional yoga practice while decreasing their pain.

Yoga Therapy:

a form of rehabilitation using movement analysis to guide clients with chronic or acute pain to explore tendencies in their breath, mind, tension, and movement to resolve dysfunctional movement patterns which result in pain or dysfunction in their lives.
